Walk4Wellbeing is back!

Last year people from across the UK put on their trainers (or hiking boots) and came together for 1 day – whereas this year we have extended Walk4Wellbeing for a whole month. Between 1st and 31st July, we are challenging you to walk every day to improve your health and wellbeing.

Not sure you can walk every day? No problem, just walk as much or as little as you wish. We just want to encourage you to get out there and start walking.
