Did you know you can swim for charity?! Whether you’re already a big swimmer or looking for a brand-new challenge, join #TeamSignHealth and dive straight into this open-water challenge.
Join thousands of swimmers to experience safe open water swimming. Whatever your ability, you will find a distance to suit you:
- Swim250 – a great beginner event for younger swimmers
- ½ mile – equal to 32 lengths of a pool, around 20 minutes
- 1 mile – equal to 64 lengths of a pool, around 40 minutes
- 2 mile – equal to 125 lengths of a pool, around 1h15
- 5k – equal to 200 lengths in under 2.5 hours
- 10k – a big challenge for experienced swimmers, in under 4.5 hours.
