Are you looking to take on a different challenge to raise money for SignHealth?
HYROX is a fitness race. It combines functional workout stations with running.
You complete one functional workout, such as:
- 50m Sled Push or Sled Pull
- 1000m Rowing or Skiing
- 200m Farmer’s carry
- 100m Sandbag lunges.
After each functional workout, you run 1km. You repeat this a total of eight times.
