Finding security and confidence - Danielle's Story
Rebuilding a life after leaving an abusive relationship
Whatever distance you walk in July, you can track your progress in a variety of different ways.
An app on your phone is a great way to track your steps and record walking distances, times and routes on a visual map for your friends and family to see. Below are a few examples:
Download our Walk4Wellbeing calendar and tick off each day that you successfully go for a walk.
If you don’t want to take on the 30 day challenge, that’s fine, you can walk as little or as much as you want. You could set yourself a distance or count steps to achieve within the 30 days instead. You could arrange a group walk one weekend with your friends and family at a national park or maybe by the sea! It’s up to you.

SignHealth invites you to take part in Walk4Wellbeing to raise awareness of the inequality in mental health services for the deaf community and I thought you might be interested in joining!
The walk takes place from 1st to 31st July 2022, find the details here.
Why not take some photos of yourself and others walking on the day to post on social media or post a selfie using #Walk4Wellbeing #TeamSignHealth
