Happy Mental Health Awareness Week!

This year the theme set by the Mental Health Foundation is connecting with nature. At SignHealth we’d like to take some time this week to remember how important our mental health and wellbeing is and steps we can all take to re-connect. Studies have demonstrated the positive effects of the natural world on our mental health. Just 10 minutes outside a day, feeling the sun on your skin or the wind brush your cheek can reduce stress and anxiety. Encourage your friends and family to connect with nature too and please remember to look after your mental health and wellbeing. You are important.
