Salary: £28,000 per year (FTE)
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week
As part of the newly created Governance, Planning and Evidence team, this role is key in acting as a single point of coordinator for interpreter bookings across the Leadership team at SignHealth as well as developing clear guidelines for bookings.
You will schedule, assign and process all requests for BSL interpreters and other access provisions to meet the needs of a diverse, professional Leadership team. You will also coordinate all Access to Work (AtW) claims on behalf of the Leadership team so we really need someone who has previous experience in this area and is able to use this experience to make the whole process run as smoothly as possible.
Other duties include coordinating with external agencies for interpreter booking requests, maintaining the interpreter diary to ensure all bookings are up to date/processed, processing all invoices received regarding interpreter bookings and overall responsibility for fostering, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have excellent IT skills including all Microsoft products, highly effective interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus, the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change, a clear understanding of confidentiality, be a good team player with excellent writing and organisational skills as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
