As our Recruitment Adviser, you will be the driving force behind attracting, sourcing, and securing top talent to support our work at SignHealth. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience for candidates while working closely with hiring managers to build a diverse, skilled workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment – From job design to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and inclusive hiring experience.
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion – Develop strategies to attract deaf candidates and underrepresented groups.
- Promote Our Employer Brand – Position SignHealth as an employer of choice through creative campaigns and engagement.
- Ensure Compliance – Keep recruitment legally sound while maintaining high standards of accessibility.
- Leverage Data & Insights – Use recruitment metrics to improve our processes and make evidence-based decisions.
About You
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in charity, healthcare, or non-profit sectors.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law related to recruitment and hiring.
• High-volume recruitment experience and expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Passion for inclusivity and a commitment to accessible recruitment practices.
• Excellent communication skills – building relationships and ensuring a great candidate experience.
• BSL Level skills (or willingness to learn to minimum of Level 2).
