SignHealth are a passionate and unique Deaf led charity, committed to creating a future where there are no barriers to good health and well-being for Deaf people.

If your HR background has been in Adult Social Care or a CQC regulated setting, we want to speak to you!

This new post will be ideal for a person with a strong HR generalist background at Management/ Business Partner level.

You will work with the Head of People and Talent to help deliver the Organisation’s People strategy and build Organisational capability.

You must be successful at developing effective partnerships with Line Managers and people who turn to the People function for advice and support.

With a strong emphasis on Employee relations and employment law, you will also have expertise and experience of Organisational pay and reward structures, digital HR transformation, payroll and employee wellbeing.

You will also have practical experience of using HR software, ideally Cascade.

Whilst the job is home based, you will be required to travel for team meetings and to visit our Services and teams.

Our ideal candidate will be deaf and have a minimum of 5 years in a Management HR/People role. Ideally CIPD level 5 or above or working towards/ equivalent work experience.
