You will be required to travel away from home to visit our services. You will also need to attend meetings and events outside of your home.

The job is responsible for;
- Recruitment and attraction
- Employment Life Cycle
- Digital Processing (Cascade System)
You will work with a wide range of people both inside and outside SignHealth.
You will guide and support our managers with HR/People issues.
More than half of the role is recruitment, attraction and on-boarding of new staff. You will also be involved in payroll administration and day to day people issues, i.e. maternity, probation, sickness. You will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of Cascade using for record keeping and report writing.

Training background & experience
We will expect you to have knowledge and experience of legislation and employment law associated with recruitment and selection and the employee lifecycle.
You must have previous experience with HR management system, Cascade.
Creative in your approach to attraction, we encourage new ideas to source new employees to SignHealth and would expect to see examples of this in your previous work.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience or in a HR Generalist role which included recruitment and selection. We require for you to have at least CIPD level 3 or working towards it/Level 5.
