Imagine how dull life would be if everyone was the same. Our differences make us special so it’s important for us to be inclusive and diverse. As part of our ongoing Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) work, we are aiming to become an anti-racist organisation. To help us achieve this we are delighted to welcome our new EDI consultant Azaria Francis.
Azaria will be collaborating with SignHealth staff to help us develop our EDI aims and objectives. We hope that by gathering views from our staff and using the expertise of our consultant we can create a robust anti-racist organisation that values all staff and stakeholders.
