How one squad fundraised for SignHealth, in memory of one of their own.

In memory of Wishu Pushpalingham, St Alban’s City DFC hosted a friendly match against Peterborough DFC and donated the money raised to SignHealth.

Wishu had been involved in the St. Alban’s City squad for a number of years. After a minute’s silence in remembrance of Wishu, the game kicked off. Wishu’s sister Premi playing on behalf of her brother.

It was a very close game, and Peterborough DFC won in the very last minute. The final score was 5-4.
