SignHealth will be running workshops in the next few months covering different topics:
- Stress and Anxiety
This is not group therapy. We will teach you different techniques and tools in how to manage various situations, for examples stress, sleep difficulties, trauma things like that.
Workshops will be held for 4, 6 or 8 weeks, depending on the topic. SignHealth therapists will be running the workshops.
Most will be online via zoom, with some face to face options, and each workshop session will be about one hour long.
The aim is to help you to manage your situation, giving you tools to manage different things.
