About the role

SignHealth are a passionate and unique Deaf led charity, committed to creating a future where there are no barriers to good health and well-being for deaf people.

SignHealth has just approved our Engagement Strategy for the next three years and it involves a significant investment in the fundraising team. For our first new role in the team, we are looking for a process-driven person with meticulous attention to detail, to deliver efficient administrative support to a growing fundraising team.

You will work closely with the Data & Insight Manager, and the wider fundraising team, supporting with a range of administrative tasks. You will support our donor processes and systems, ensuring that we have excellent relationships with our supporters to retain and grow our income.

You will help to ensure the database is kept accurate and up-to-date by recording changes including mailing preferences, address details, and financial information. You will also support with processing donations from both online and offline sources, ensuring that procedures are followed, and that the information is recorded correctly on the database.

A high proportion of your work will be performed from home. Our team is spread out across the UK, so we welcome your application – wherever you are based. You will be required to attend meetings and events outside of your home as required.

Whilst our team is remote, we find ways to connect and collaborate through virtual meetings and co-working. You can expect weekly check-in meetings with colleagues, bi-monthly in-person team meetings and lots of opportunities to connect with other members of the team through your day-to-day work.
