Why choose this EAP

  • Therapy delivered in British Sign Language (BSL) by qualified deaf therapists or therapists fluent in BSL. We can also meet a variety of communication preferences, including lip-reading or SSE.
  • Quick access, clear goals, practical tools to use after therapy.
  • Visible inclusion that supports engagement and attendance.

What we cover

Stress, anxiety, low mood, bereavement, isolation, family and relationships, life changes, workplace stress, relapse prevention.

How it works

  1. Email us to refer a deaf colleague or to enquire.
  2. 90-minute assessment in BSL.
  3. A course of therapy sessions with a qualified therapist.
  4. Review and agree next steps.

Who can use it

  • Employers who want to offer accessible therapy for deaf staff as part of staff wellbeing.
  • Deaf employees whose organisation provides this EAP.
