Join a focus group about the NHS App
We’re looking for deaf or hard of hearing people aged 18+ living in the UK who have used or explored the NHS App.
About the Project
We’re working with NHS England to gather feedback on how easy the NHS App is to use and to discuss ideas for BSL translations within the app.
Focus Group Details
There will be three Zoom focus groups in November:
- One morning session
- One afternoon session
- One evening session
We’re seeking 12 deaf participants from across the UK with varied experiences of using the NHS App.
Why Take Part
Your feedback will help NHS England understand any barriers you face and how the app can better support your health management.
As a thank you, you’ll receive a £25 voucher for your time.
How to Apply
Please fill in your details using the form below and select which of the three session times you’re available for. If you’re free for all, simply tick all three. (Dates may change depending on volunteer availability.)
You’ll receive a confirmation once we get your application, and we’ll contact successful applicants with details for the Zoom session.
Thank you for helping us support NHS England in improving the NHS App.
Register using the form below.
