Role: People Partner – Learning and Development
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: Remote with occasional travel
Hours: Full time hours available
Report to: Head of Learning and Culture

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive People Partner – Learning and Development to join our People team and lead the charge in building a learning culture that easy to access and promote real-world solution across our organisation. You’ll work closely with managers and teams to develop and deliver impactful training and development initiatives that empower every individual to thrive.
The role
As our new People Partner, you’ll design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions that drive engagement, build leadership capabilities, and support staff development at all levels. You’ll lead on embedding a culture of continuous learning, manage apprenticeships, support onboarding and induction, and champion inclusion in everything we do.

You will find out the role you will play in helping SignHealth deliver its mission.
